“These guys sold me a truck frame for $500. When I got it home I realised it was rusted right through and would be unusable. I returned to see what could be done to make things right and the owner (or so I was told) said he would do nothing to correct their mistake. I tried as calmly as possible to talk some sense into him, but he just walked away like a coward.” -
