  “Has to be one of the worst businesses in the state of Michigan. You call them ask if they have a part for your car and even if they don't have the right part they will tell you that they do have your part, and sell you the wrong part, and since they have a no cash refund policy when you take the wrong part back, and ask for a refund they will not give you a refund even though they are the ones who made the mistake. They will only give you a store credit.
  This is what they did to me, and according to other reviews that I have read they've done it to many other customers also. Customer service is very rude, and disrespectful to their customers. The Better Business Bureau gives them a rating of F which is their lowest possible rating. I am a 71 year old senior, and I was physically attacked, and injured by Walter, the manager of their Taylor location on Telegraph this week. I have filed assault and battery charges with the Taylor Police Department against Walter and Glenns car and truck parts. Walter not only physically abused me, but he also verbally abused me also, calling me a loser, a piece of sh_t, and a cry babie. He also made fun of my Christian faith. This business should be avoided at all cost.”
