  “I am so sorry that so many of you had a bad experience with Remecca.
  I paid $900 for the motor with very few miles on it last year in late Feb. 2010. I requested that the motor be sent to my mechanic's shop. It took one week to get there. Free shipping. I did have to ask several questions to get the information I needed. My vehicle is like new. I have been recommending friends and family to Remecca. I am grateful for the motor because now I don't have a car payment and it seems I'm driving a new vehicle.”

  “Remeca Auto Salvage is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I ordered an engine for my car on Wednesday and they said it would be here by the next Monday or Tuesday. Thursday rolls around when I really need the engine and they tell me the truck hasnt arrived yet. (The engine was coming from Georgia and going to Tampa, its a straight shot down I-75.) They tell me it wont be here till Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I tell them that that is unacceptable and I need the engine by Friday. So they tell me it will be there by Friday around 1600. The engine didnt show till Saturday morning and it was the WRONG engine! After double checking when I ordered the engine to make sure I got the right one. So they offer to give me 150 bucks off and the engine and they would have it to me by Monday morning. I call them several times throughout the day. First they say 1PM then I call them at 2 and they said it will be here by 5. I call at 430 because they close at 6 they promise me that the engine is on the truck for delivery. Now its 644 and the engine is still not here. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN AS A LAST RESORT! The customer service is garbage and their salesmen are rude on the phone. And every time I called I was put on hold for at least 10 mins so they could get the act together. I wish there was an option for no stars because that's what they deserve!”
